Search that works in the AI era
Nearly 3 years building full-cycle SEO for 15+ brands across Nepal, Australia, and the USA.
From technical audits to AI citation strategies, I turn search into a reliable growth channel.
My SEO process, from brief to results
Every engagement follows the same disciplined process, whether it is a local clinic, an e-commerce store, or an international brand.
Audit & Discovery
Full technical audit using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and GSC. I map crawl issues, indexing gaps, speed bottlenecks, schema absences, and AI bot accessibility before touching a single piece of content.
Keyword & Topic Research
Research what real users and AI models are asking. I identify topic clusters, search intent layers, and query gaps, then build a content plan that covers the niche systematically, not randomly.
Content Strategy
Plan every content piece, including landing pages, blogs, and case studies, mapped to specific queries. Content is backed by authoritative sources such as government and academic sites to meet E-E-A-T and earn AI citations.
On-Page & Schema Implementation
Optimise meta data, headings, internal links, and image alt tags. Implement structured data (FAQ, Article, LocalBusiness, Product) to help both search engines and AI models understand the content.
Technical Fixes & Monitoring
Sitemap automation, redirect management, robots.txt audits, Core Web Vitals, and daily GSC monitoring. Backup protocols are set up so any issue, including security breaches, can be recovered fast.
Reporting & Iteration
Looker Studio dashboards connect GA4 and GSC into one view. Monthly reports track click growth, impression trends, ranking movements, and AI citation appearances, all with clear next steps.
Case studies
Real projects, real industries. Client names are kept private. What matters is the process and the outcome.
Process followed
Step 1: AI Crawlability Audit
Checked robots.txt for AI bot restrictions. Ensured GPTBot, Google-Extended, and Anthropic bots had full access to content pages.
Step 2: Topic & Query Research
Identified questions being asked in AI chat tools in the client’s niche. Mapped these to content gaps on existing blogs and service pages.
Step 3: Content Planning
Built a content calendar covering blogs, case studies, and FAQs, with each piece targeting a specific query type and a clear answer structure.
Step 4: E-E-A-T Strengthening
Backed all factual claims with citations from government, academic, and recognised industry sources. Removed unsupported claims and AI-generated filler content.
Step 5: Schema Implementation
Added FAQ, Article, and BlogPosting schema to all content pages. Used keyword labels in BlogPosting schema to signal topic relevance to AI crawlers.
Strategies implemented
Results
Cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity for health and legal topics
Gemini references client content for construction safety queries
Organic rankings improved alongside AI citations
Process followed
Step 1: Detection
Identified breaches through GSC anomaly spikes: sudden 404 surges, orphan pages, product schemas appearing on non-product sites, and unnatural impressions for Japanese-language queries.
Step 2:cPanel Investigation
Reviewed cPanel activity logs for abnormal bot traffic, accessed public_html to inspect config files, and located injected scripts and rogue page creation files.
Step 3: Threat Classification
Classified hack type: Japanese keyword spam, casino/slot page injection, or redirect hijack. Each type required a different removal approach.
Step 4: Cleanup & Recovery
Removed injected files and scripts, reverted to clean backup where needed, submitted recrawl requests in GSC, cleaned up disavow file, and requested re-indexing of affected URLs.
Step 5: Prevention Protocol
Collaborated with developers to patch vulnerabilities. Established regular post-update backups and daily GSC monitoring as standard practice for all clients.
Strategies implemented
Results
Rankings recovered to pre-hack levels
Zero permanent ranking loss across all resolved incidents
Ongoing monitoring prevents recurrence
Process followed
Step 1: Audience & Market Research
Identified French-speaking traveller search behaviour and popular destination queries. Mapped keyword intent differences between English and French audiences.
Step 2: Content Architecture
Planned a dual-language content structure where every tour page, booking page, and blog was published in both English and French with matching but independently optimised content.
Step 3: Keyword Research in French
Researched French-language search terms for Nepal travel, trekking, and adventure tourism. Ensured meta titles, descriptions, and headings used actual French search vocabulary.
Step 4: Content Quality
Verified French content for accuracy and natural language, making sure nothing read like machine-translated text. All facts matched the English versions and cultural travel references were adapted for French readers.
Step 5: Schema & Technical Setup
Implemented TouristAttraction and TravelAgency schema. Ensured hreflang relationships were correctly configured between language versions.
Strategies implemented
Results
French-language pages ranking for Nepal travel queries
Consistent impression growth from French-speaking regions
Clicks and engagement higher on French pages vs English
